As the Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company's social media strategy. You will create and execute viral social media campaigns that engage the target audience and build brand awareness. You live and breathe social media trends and have a knack for creating content that resonates with B2B audiences.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive lead generation.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Discord, Instagram, and others.Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and relevant conversations to proactively engage with the audience.Design and execute viral social media campaigns that capture attention and generate buzz within the B2B SaaS community.Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Foster and grow the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building relationships with influencers and industry leaders.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure the social media presence remains cutting-edge.Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video content for the website and social media platforms, including interviews, podcast recordings and ads. Manage video production from concept to completion, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.Coordinate with external vendors and freelance videographers as needed to ensure high-quality video content.Develop and execute community management strategies to increase engagement and build a loyal online community.Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and credibility.Manage and enhance the company's public profiles, such as on TrustPilot, Capterra and more.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldDemonstrable experience in creating engaging and viral social media content as a Social Media Manager (extra points for experience in B2B SaaS)Experience with social listening tools like Brand24, Mention, HootsuiteStrong video editing skills and experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut)Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creationPlease note: Due to the high volume of applications, we will only be able to contact those candidates who have been selected for further consideration.
