Social Media Manager

CoolerBox Brothers is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage our clients' social media presence and elevate their brands. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in social media management, either through hands-on experience or academic studies in marketing, communications, or a related field.Responsibilities:Manage and grow clients' social media pages across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Craft compelling captions that resonate with the target audience.Identify and implement effective hashtags to increase reach and engagement.Strategise and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media, Google, and YouTube.Monitor social media trends, analytics, and best practices to optimize content and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals.Track performance and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or related role.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube promotions.Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive content strategy.Creative mindset with attention to detail.If you're passionate about social media, know how to boost posts effectively, and have a keen eye for what makes content stand out, we want to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
