Role Purpose We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in social media management, with a solid understanding of Digital Marketing principles and certifications in platforms such as Google or Meta.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3 to 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a Financial Services industry.Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) for business purposes.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Certifications in digital marketing and social media advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Creativity and innovation in content ideation and campaign execution.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Attach a portfolio or portfolio link, showcasing your work as part of your application. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to meet the brand's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.Manage the backend operations of various social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations, track brand mentions, and gather insights for strategy refinement.Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategic planning.Proactively devise monthly content calendars, incorporating relevant trends and aligning with brand identity and messaging.Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to brand guidelines.Oversee influencer campaigns from inception to execution, including briefing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies accordingly.Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing and influencer management.
