Social Media Manager

Job DescriptionTo lead and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our client (CFE and Commercial), driving brand engagement and alignment across categories.This role focuses on creating impactful, on-brand content, managing a small team, and analyzing performance.The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and optimized campaigns, enhancing our client's presence across all digital platforms. Knowledge required:Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels)Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends to optimize content and engagementKnowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Brandwatch, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to measure performanceKnowledge of content creation workflows and collaboration with design, photography, and videography teamsKnowledge of influencer marketing strategies and partnershipsKnowledge of brand management and tone of voice to ensure consistent communication across channelsKnowledge of competitor analysis techniques to benchmark performance and identify opportunities
