Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.Create, schedule, and manage posts and updates on social media channels.Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with current best practices and audience preferences.Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.Communicate with clients and share content for approvalCopywriting:Craft engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for social media posts.Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective content.Conduct research to understand industry trends and audience needs, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for content and social media growth.Build out organic social media strategy and content calendarQualifications:Proven experience in social media management and copywriting.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in social media analytics toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.IMPORTANT NOTICEBy applying to this advert you hereby acknowledge that you have read and accept the following Protection of Personal Information ACT (POPIA) disclaimer:I hereby consent for Talented Recruitment to process my personal information as part of the recruitment process.
