The Social Media Coordinator will develop and execute social media strategies, manage social media platforms, and analyse social media metrics.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our social media presence. Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and curate content for social media channels, including graphics, photos, videos, and written copy. Schedule and publish social media posts using a social media management tool. Community management - monitor social media platforms for customer comments, questions, and complaints and respond promptly. Analyse social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
