MISSION:
Are you a social media enthusiast, love writing, and have a flair for creativity? We're seeking an open, honest, committed, and proactive Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Develop engaging and persuasive content for PR press releases, media articles, website blogs, social media, and many more.
Collaborate with various departments to define messaging needs and create tailored content.
Research industry trends and incorporate relevant information into your writing.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Contribute to developing creative communication strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and materials.

The Summit team is looking for someone with a passion for crafting compelling content and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in social media management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A sound background of paid social media advertising and excellent copywriting skills are essential.

Requirements:

Degree in Communication or Journalism
4-5 years of writing experience across business and consumer brands.
Proven experience as a writer, preferably in a PR or communications setting.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
Passion for digital marketing, photography, design and media
Own reliable laptop

Experience with CRM automation (advantageous)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media campaigns for the Summit brand.
Plan, implement, and monitor brand's social media presence using Social Media Management Software
Conduct competitor analysis and monitoring
Improve brand awareness and reputation while creating engagement with the community.
Utilise various tools and platforms to determine the best strategy to publish and optimise campaigns.
Develop Ad Schedules for paid social media campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and report insights for optimisation.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
