The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating and managing organic content, driving engagement, running paid advertising campaigns, and delivering data-driven insights.
You will also handle customer interactions across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and style, with a deep understanding of audience preferences and American culture, including humor and sarcasm.
Duties and Responsibilities: Organic Content Creation & Management: Develop and publish consistent, engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Create, optimize, and track paid Facebook campaigns aimed at driving conversions and growing audience engagement.
Graphic Design: Design visually compelling content using Canva and Photoshop, including promotional assets, social posts, and advertisements.
Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, manage inquiries, and foster relationships with our social media community.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key social media KPIs (clicks, impressions, conversions) using tools like Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics, while providing actionable insights for strategy optimization.
Competitor & Trend Research: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to continually refine and innovate social media strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content alignment with broader marketing goals.
Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for social posts, ads, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, using a tone that reflects American humor and sarcasm when appropriate.
Qualifications: 5+ years of social media management experience (with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
Facebook Ads Manager: Proven experience in creating, optimizing, and tracking paid campaigns.
Community Engagement: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale social media interactions and fostering engagement.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, segmentation, and reporting on social media performance metrics.
Design Tools: Proficient in Canva and Photoshop for creating on-brand visuals.
Microsoft Office 365: Comfortable with tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
English Proficiency: Fluent English speaker with an understanding of American cultural nuances (e.g., sarcasm, humor).
Bonus Proficiencies: Experience with TikTok, YouTube, and video editing tools.
Familiarity with additional reporting tools and methods to extract deeper insights.
