We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital/Social Media Coordinator to manage our brand's and clients online presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You will be responsible for creating, curating, scheduling, and monitoring content to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves social media, is data-driven, and has a passion for digital marketing.
Overview of Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning and Creation across all social media platforms
Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on social media platforms
Management of all social media platforms
Analytics and Reporting
Video and Multimedia Coordination
Foster a positive and active community on all platforms
Conduct Market Research and Trends Analysis
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Website Content Management
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Experience with ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or in-app editing tools).
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
Ability to generate fresh ideas and experiment with new formats and trends.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
