Who We're Looking For
Desired Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, PR, Communications, Information Science, Business or related major.
General Knowledge
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Solid understanding of the Internet.
Solid understanding of basic copywriting.
Solid web copywriting skills.
Qualities
Demonstrates the ability to get things done.
Insatiable desire to learn.
Outstanding written communication skills.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience as Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer, or minimum of 2 years experience in the marketing industry.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
Develop overall social media strategy for WebFX partners (i.e., clients).
Develop paid media social strategies for WebFX partners (i.e., clients).
Create programs that leverage earned, owned and paid media elements.
Develop social media editorial calendars.
Oversee development of creative/assets for social channels.
Provide social media consulting, monitoring, and management services.
Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience. Annual merit-based increases.
Working Hours and Location
We're currently looking for full-time team members who are able to work in our Cape Town office.
Office Locations:
Cape Town Office: 114 Bree St, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8000, South Africa.
