Are you a passionate and innovative individual with a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of digital, social & hybrid events? Do you excel at creating immersive and engaging experiences that captivate online audiences? As a Social, Digital and Events Manager at L'Oréal, you'll be the driving force behind our virtual and influencer strategy, transforming traditional events into impactful experiences.
A Day in the Life:

Digital Event Strategy: Drive and implement innovative digital marketing strategy & campaigns to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately increase market share within our target audience. Implement processes to manage the fast-paced environment.
Event Production: Be the driving force behind the conception, planning, and execution of impactful & immaculate brand experiences for ABB. This includes but not limited to consumer activations, brand events, and cross collaborations.
Influencers Expertise: Develop and execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, build brand love, and drive engagement across digital platforms. Be involved in the intricate detail of selection & reviewing of influencers & their content including the management of products & press kits.
Data Analysis: All the above responsibilities will involve the collating & analysis of data using traditional & innovative methods while collaborating with the Divisions Digital Transformation Lead and Loreal SA's CDMO department, in order to improve the success of each campaign.

Professional & Technical Competencies Required:

Event Management Experience: Proven experience in planning and executing successful consumer events & activations.
Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, technologies and best practices.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative and engaging digital event experiences.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in digital, influencer management & event planning and execution.
Experience with Social Media & Influencer Management software and platforms.
Advanced Excel knowledge and quick adaptation to different workplace systems.
A portfolio showcasing successful events.
