Join Our Executive Search & Research Team We're on the lookout for a driven Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Executive Search & Research team at aston holmes. You'll be working across dynamic, project-based solutions, contributing to high-impact contingent recruitment projects, and delivering exceptional mid to senior-level tech talent for our diverse clients, locally and internationally.
Your main focus will be candidate delivery, meaning you need to be top-notch at mapping, sourcing, and engaging with mid to senior-level tech professionals. You'll cover a wide spectrum of roles, from developers and engineers to specialised technical positions, all while thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing: Sitting in on client briefing calls, understanding their unique needs, and swiftly delivering top-tier tech talent for global projects. Taking full ownership of the candidate experience, using innovative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies, including AI tools and creative platforms, to find the best talent. Managing multiple contingent recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery. Turning data into actionable insights to drive smarter sourcing and decision-making. Staying agile and adaptable, anticipating challenges and solving problems proactively. Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey. What We're Looking For: A solid 5 years+ experience in tech recruitment, with hands-on experience in sourcing, mapping, and managing candidate pipelines for mid to senior-level roles. A deep understanding of various tech stacks and a proven ability to hit the ground running with international tech recruitment. A proactive, data-driven approach, using insights to add value and drive efficiency. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities. Creative sourcing skills, always thinking outside the box and leveraging AI and other innovative tools. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
