Job Purpose The job purpose of a Supply Chain D365 F&O Specialist is to leverage the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform to optimize supply chain processes, drive operational efficiency, and support organizational growth and success. Job Objectives and Functions System Implementation and ConfigurationLead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules related to supply chain management. Customize system settings, workflows, and business processes to align with organizational requirements and best practices.Requirement Gathering and AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements, analyse workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the supply chain.Solution Design and DocumentationDesign functional solutions and system enhancements to address business needs and optimize supply chain processes. Document system requirements, solution designs, and configuration changes for reference and future maintenance.System IntegrationWork with integration teams to integrate D365 F&O with other systems and applications used within the organization, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and third-party logistics platforms.User Training and SupportProvide training and support to end-users on the use of D365 F&O supply chain modules. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing assistance to ensure users are proficient in system usage and best practices.System Testing and Quality AssuranceLead system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of D365 F&O supply chain functionalities.System Maintenance and UpgradesMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates as needed to ensure the continued operation and security of D365 F&O supply chain modules.Continuous ImprovementStay informed about industry trends, new features, and best practices related to D365 F&O supply chain management.
