Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit Operate Department PaaS and SaaS (Payroll Solutions) Job grade/level M4 Core Description Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of technology strategies and solutions within the organization.
Lead a team of IT professionals in delivering innovative technology solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals Key Deliverables / Primary Functions • Formulate & implement HR and Payroll strategies and account for current/future market forces and movements in alignment with HR and Payroll Solutions strategy and overall Operate strategy.
• Determine innovative Payroll solutions/product sets and define the go-to-market strategy in support of Group strategic drivers.
• Lead the deployment/provision of Payroll Solutions in alignment with high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed SLA's or contracts.
• Lead the development of plans to deliver solutions and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Maintain relationship with vendor to align on go-to-market strategy and delivery approach.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technology professionals, including software developers, IT specialists, Payroll Specialists and/or project managers.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet business needs and project demands.
• Ensure that all technology solutions comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Track and report on the performance of technology initiatives and solutions.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver accurate month-end financials by reviewing journals, validating GL entries, ensuring alignment with forecasts, and providing variance analysis to support executive budgets and forecasting.
