Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit Cloud Platform Solutions Department Specialist Sales Reports to Managing Executive: ITSS Grade M4 Core Description Manage assigned specialist sales teams to achieve a comprehensive range of sales targets that achieve BCX strategic and operational goals and objectives.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Develop and implement integrated strategies for assigned specialist sales teams, collaborating with a range of BCX stakeholders to align relevant goals and objectives.
Coach, lead, motivate, inspire and develop employees, in alignment with the BCX DNA, demonstrating a high level of engagement and talent retention within a culture of performance excellence.
Leading with purpose by ensuring that all teams understand the overall vision, direction, delivery process and responsibilities for their teams and the department as a whole, within the context of the larger organisation.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned budget performance, collaborating with other relevant business unit leaders to support the achievement of BCX revenue and EBIDTA objectives.
Identify, monitor and analyse relevant specialist sales key performance indicators, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to performance outside agreed parameters.
Manage the full sales life cycle for all assigned teams, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that performance at critical stages meets and exceeds targets required to achieve commercial goals and objectives.
Build and maintain a network of key external stakeholders, forming robust business relationships to support all relevant business development objectives.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of customer needs, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to influence decision making and support the development of appropriate customer strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future employment that will enhance specialist sales performance.
Build and maintain knowledge of competitor products and services, collaborating with internal stakeholders, optimising specialist sales to achieve a competitive advantage for BCX and Cloud Platform Solutions.
