As Snr Management Accountant, you will be at the forefront of implementing new systems and processes to account for Nile's new business initiatives. Through your work, we will be able to consolidate financial information across business units, enabling management to make better decisions. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Consolidating and reviewing complex management accountsImplementing new in-time reporting mechanisms to account for the various operating unitsSupporting our Head of Finance on the implementation of the ERP system for new business unitsPlanning cashflow requirements across business divisions, including multi-currency disbursementsManaging debtor and creditor functionsMinimum Requirements:
CA or CIMA qualified4-8 years working experience as a financial accountant / financial manager, preferably at companies with a high frequency of transactionsExperienced in payment workflows, including debtor/creditor managementQuick learner who is able to adapt to the complexity of a hyper-growth start-upGood technical accounting skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailMulti-tasker able to balance requests from multiple entitiesWhat We Offer:
