We are committed to consistently delivering a safe Gautrain, on time every time.Bombela Maintenance is looking to recruit 1 x Senior HVAC Technician.The main purpose of this role is to ensure safe, reliable and available HVAC subsystem supply as per customer requirements, primarily through corrective maintenance and repairs.This role will be based at the Gautrain Maintenance Depot in Midrand, Johannesburg.YOUR ROLE:Ensure Safety and Quality AssuranceEnsure effective corrective and preventative maintenanceGuarantee accurate MAXIMO/SAP administration and reportingEffective teamwork and self-managementYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:S4 Electrical or Trade Test in Instrumentation / Electrician with Electronic experience / Electrical Fitter with Electronic experienceAdvanced Computer LiteracyKnowledge of Maintenance Systems and ProcessesGood Interpersonal and Communication SkillsKnowledge of Act 85 of Occupational Health and Safety ActAdvanced electronics knowledgeShould be able to see in colourFit and robust (working with big heavy equipment)Must be willing to work flexible hours when neededAbility to read schematics and wiring diagramsAbility to read point to point tablesSouth African citizenWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.All recruitment will be done in line with the Company's Employment Equity Plan.
