The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the contractual aspects of multiple projects from inception to completion. Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and compliance with the contract terms. Handle disputes and claims effectively, ensuring risk is minimized. Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation and compliance. Prepare periodic reports on contract performance and project status. Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to facilitate contract execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years experience in contracts management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience in managing large-scale construction contracts is preferred.
