Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this.Job DescriptionTo obtain relevant information, analyse buyer information obtained from buyer reviews, industry meetings, and other relevant information to minimise risk.Critical performance areas are:Conducting buyer visits, focused in the KZN region, East London & surrounding areas.Attending industry meetings.Industry reviews.Report Writing.Balance Sheet Analysis.Interpretation of Financial Statements.Compiling of management statistics.Making recommendations and amendments on the buyer database.Special Risk Projects.Managing and training of staff.Requirements:A post-Matric qualification equivalent to NQF Level 7 in Commerce majoring in Business Economics/ Accounting/ Finance/ Econometrics / Credit Management.5 years' experience in balance sheet/financial analysis/credit insurance.Strong communication and report writing skills.Time management and prioritizing high volumes of work.English literacy and correspondence skills.Valid code 8 drivers licence older than 12 months.Comply with FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.Closing Date: 19 September 2024The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit in question.Old Mutual Limited is pro-vaccination and encourages its workforce to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.All prospective employees are required to disclose their vaccination status as part of the recruitment process.Please refer to the Old Mutual's Covid-19 vaccination policy for further detail.
