Your role as a Snowsports Scheduler will be operating the Elevate Event Management Snowsportsscheduling platform to ensure we deliver seamless experiences for guests bookingprivate coaching, group lessons,workshopsand programmes. We have a relentless focus on making it easier to book and purchase through our online or direct sales channels and connect guests easily with their instructor/s on snow.This means ensuring all capacities are maintained live right across the season.

About the Role You'll be based with our Snowsports team at one of our mountains, reporting directly to Head of Revenue Operations. Primarily an indoor role, you'll need to be flexible,experienced with scheduling/reservations systems, adaptable to changing environments,and a customer-centric thinker. You will bea multi-tasker, comfortable being fluid in daily re-scheduling of resources (instructors), as well as keeping a relentless oversight on bookings and instructor scheduling across the whole season. Your role is to ensure our Head of RevOps, Experience Manager Snowsports and Operational Leads have the most accurate and up to date information every day to deliver a seamless operation.
You'll be a quick thinker and nimble problem solver, able to communicate and work collaboratively acrossmultiple teams with the purpose of delivering an exceptional guest as well as instructor experience.
Key KPIs will include:
Optimising availability of lessons short and long term (across season) Making decisions whichmaximise revenue, yield, andguest retention Making decisions which use labour in the most efficient way possible at the same time ensuring our guests receive the highest quality and value lesson experiences we can deliver OurSnowsports Schedulerswill be reporting directly to Head of RevOps and will be responsible for all advanced scheduling and planning for whole season, prior to our mountains opening in June. During the operational season Schedulers manage day to day instructor or guest allocations and management of instructor unavailable days. Performance Academy scheduling will be in conjunction with Head of Performance and Training and Manager Snowsports Experience.
About You Committed to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences Experienced in operational use of InTouch Elevate Event Management platform. Empathetic communicator-you'll be collaboratingwith and advising other members of the Snowsports teamto ensure our guests have exceptional experiences on snow Skills and Qualifications Tertiary level degree in information systems, IT, software engineering, digital technology or similar Previous instructing or coaching experiencewould be an advantage but not essential. Experience with managing complex ever changing environments an advantage.. Further Information We require Snowsports Schedulers to start in eitherearly April or early May. You will need to be on the ground with accommodation in Queenstown to start on these dates. Depending on your base mountainthe scheduler roles will finish between22September and13October 2023. In order toset you up for success,you will participate in company onboarding prior to commencing your role. L ocation : Queenstown , The Remarkables and Coronet Peak .
