This position may involve high caseloads and tight deadlines and as such, a suitably competent individual is required.You will be responsible for:Managing a team of 4-5 employees in the foreclosure department.Moving the firm up the ranks of the Standard Bank Panel to the top 8 and maintaining this.Interfacing with clients as required and ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment with their legal goals throughout the process.QualificationsLLB Degree.Min 3 years of experience post-admission.Min 3 years of experience as a foreclosure attorneySkillsThe successful candidate must have the following skills:Experience in foreclosure, real estate law, or related fields - min 3 years of experience is preferred.Legal Research: Ability to stay updated on relevant foreclosure and real estate laws.Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating favourable settlements or agreements for clients.Litigation: Experience in courtroom proceedings, filing motions, and advocating for clients in foreclosure matters.Detail-Oriented: Thorough in document review and compliance with procedural rules.Client Management: Ability to work closely with clients, providing clear advice and support throughout the foreclosure process.
