Operate Slitting Machine efficiently according to pre-defined production and waste targets.Produce good products that are approved by the quality department and meet the specified quality norms in the job's specification.Identify problems that arise in the machine, communicate the same to the shift in charge, and get it rectified with minimum loss of productive time in coordination with the maintenance team.Maintain machine health, following industrial safety, food safety, and personal hygiene compliance in the work area while operating the machine.Accountable for maintaining daily input and output reconciliation of consumed RM and produced printed material by the end of the shift.Follow the rules set by plant HR for plant entry & exit and disciplinary acts.Encourage a clean and safe environment.Key Performance IndicatorsActual Production vs. set target, monitored daily and monthly.
