)Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of a skin care professionalConfident skin care and ingredients knowledgeEXPERIENCE:At least TWO years post-graduation experience (not including work integrated learning / experiential learning) within the Spa/Beauty or Aesthetics industriesSenior Therapist / Lead therapist experience is a bonusCruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorablehigh-end salon or similar day spa environmentExperience working with active ingredientsKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Confident and skilled in all standard BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services including Facials, Beautifying, Waxing and groomingConfident performing a detailed skin analysis and prescribe relevant home careSkin penetrating treatments including micro needling Confidently re-book clients where applicableStrong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervisionBONUS SKILLS:Lash Lifting or Lash EnhancementsMicroblading Permanent Make-up
