Experience:Administration and Support Services: Update procedures and documentation for project improvement; contribute to monthly reports.Contractor and Cost Management: Coordinate construction implementation, manage contractor schedules, ensure engineering integrity, and assist with cost control to stay within budget.Document Control, Quality, and Risk Management: Collaborate with Quality Manager for project quality, manage document control, and assist in risk identification and mitigation.People and Safety Management: Perform line manager duties, manage team performance, ensure legal compliance and safety through inspections, and liaise with ER/IR managers to handle workforce relations.Qualifications and Experience: :N Dip: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ( Essential)Trade: Artisan(Relevant) MQA/QCTO Accredited (Essential)5 years relevant Project construction exposure (Project Size dependent)
