Site Supervisor, Mechanical Or Electrical

Experience:
Administration and Support Services:Update procedures and documentation for project improvement; contribute to monthly reports.
Contractor and Cost Management:Coordinate construction implementation, manage contractor schedules, ensure engineering integrity, and assist with cost control to stay within budget.
Document Control, Quality, and Risk Management:Collaborate with Quality Manager for project quality, manage document control, and assist in risk identification and mitigation.
People and Safety Management:Perform line manager duties, manage team performance, ensure legal compliance and safety through inspections, and liaise with ER/IR managers to handle workforce relations.

Qualifications and Experience: :
N Dip: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering ( Essential)
Trade: Artisan(Relevant) MQA/QCTO Accredited (Essential)
5 years relevant Project construction exposure (Project Size dependent)
