Site Supervisor Kuils River

We are seeking a Site Supervisor in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Are you looking to join a team where you can really make an impact with your 3 years experience in the building industry In this role you will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards on time and within scope.
Key Performance Outputs: Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades. Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy. Manage and direct onsite contractors to maintain project timelines and quality. Leverage 3 4 years of relevant experience with a preference for candidates with a strong background in building and construction. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure meeting all deadlines. Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & understanding of Architectural drawings. Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction. Valid drivers license. Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required. Remote Work : No
