This is accomplished by data analysis, maintenance plan development, and timely execution of these plans. Together with the Head of Technical Services, you will create the (year) maintenance plan based on technical requirements, financial constraints, and engagement with partners and production planning. Job description / core competencies: You will ensure the optimal technical operation of our machines and installations, both in the short term and the long term. You do this by analyzing data, developing maintenance plans, and ensuring that these plans are executed as scheduled. You will prepare the (annual) maintenance plan in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services based on technical specifications, budgetary possibilities, and coordination with production planning and partners. Additionally: - You will adjust maintenance schedules for major, minor, and preventive maintenance. - You will make proposals for conducting inspections and preventive maintenance based on analyses of technical failures and recommendations from suppliers. - You will propose improvements based on KPIs, evaluation reports, and data analysis. Location: Netherlands Company Description: Together with about 400 coworkers, we ripen, cut, and package hundreds of tons of cheese in our largest packaging facility every day of the week. Orders are then prepared for shipment to both domestic and international clients. Come feel the atmosphere with us Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - You have at least an MBO/HBO work and thinking level and a completed education in MTS. - You have a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a technical role, such as Maintenance Engineer or Work Planner. - You are skilled at working with computers, particularly Excel. - You are proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written. - You have an eye for both short-term and long-term issues, and you are hands-on, no-nonsense, and solution-oriented.
