The following should be submitted via the app each day:Daily duties completed on-site.Daily checklist with a photo, to be sent before the end of business each day.Monthly inventory list of all consumables and reagents on-site, submitted on the last working day of the month.Weekly photo of the Tool of Trade (TOT) after it has been washed and cleaned.Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts (08:00 to 16:00)Daily standby from Monday to FridayStandby on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)One long weekend off-duty each monthDaily Duties:Monitor coolant concentrate, RO, and soft tank levels daily.Perform daily equipment checks to ensure the system remains operational and quality is maintained at all times.Complete the daily inspection sheet and submit it through the WhatsApp group.Conduct basic maintenance on defective equipment immediately, with before and after photos submitted.Maintain an updated inventory of all consumables on-site, ensuring timely orders.Uphold good housekeeping practices within blending plants, chlorine dosing stations, and storage areas. Housekeeping is the responsibility of the MOS.Weekly Duties:Continue monitoring coolant concentrate, RO, and soft tank levels.Ensure daily equipment checks are conducted, and submit the daily inspection sheet via WhatsApp.Carry out necessary maintenance on defective equipment, with photographic evidence submitted.Maintain an accurate inventory of consumables on-site and manage orders proactively.Ensure thorough housekeeping within blending plants and storage areas.Complete analytical analysis of all plants, submitting results weekly.Inspect the environmental spill kit and report any defects.Record and report daily meter readings.Maintain digital MEG readings between 37-38 as a crucial operational parameter.Ensure all medical and induction certifications are up to date, with annual renewals completed at least a week before expiry.Monthly Duties:Attend monthly section safety meetings on-site and provide proof of attendance.Inspect all tools and maintain a tool inventory, ensuring full functionality.Report meter readings on the 15th of each month to all stakeholders.Conduct intensive housekeeping of all blending and chlorine dosing plants.Submit clocking history to the manager on the last day of each month.Basic Duties:Escort authorized personnel on-site.Escort delivery trucks for consumables such as salt, sodium hypochlorite, and reco-cool concentrate.Be on standby for emergencies and deliveries.Perform non-routine services, including basic maintenance, as needed.Complete safety documentation before commencing any work.Tool of Trade (Ford Ranger):Ensure the TOT is maintained and serviced on time as stipulated in the service manual.Follow strict housekeeping rules for the TOT, both inside and out. Store loose items securely within storage compartments, wash the exterior weekly, and ensure all signage and lights remain visible.Submit a weekly photo of the TOT on WhatsApp after it has been washed.Ensure all safety equipment installed in the TOT is fully functional.Ensure the TOT is fully compliant with the mine's safety standards.
