Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines. Coordinate and manage the work of team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. Address and resolve issues that may arise during project execution. Report progress, challenges, and solutions to project management regularly. Requirements: Qualification: Relevant Trade Certificate (required). Experience: Proven track record of supervising on construction or related projects. Skills: Strong supervisory skills with an emphasis on team management, problem-solving, and communication.
