Site Supervisor

Our client in the property development industry is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor. 3 months' fixed term contract, after which a decision will be made whether or not the person will be appointed permanently. Requirements: Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area 3-5 years residential experience Valid driver's license Qualification in building or related fields will be advantageous. Skills: Able to perform under pressure. Willing to learn Strong leadership and management skills. Managing sub-contractors on various sites. (between 10-20 sub-contractors with their teams) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail Able to read plans, take measurements and levels. Valid driver's license Strong physical stamina Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to complete projects successfully This position is open to all. Age limit 60 years if physically fit. Candidates must be willing to undergo criminal or medical checks if so required.
