Site Supervisor

Our client based in East London, requires the services of a Site Supervisor.

Position – Site Supervisor
Location – East London 
Reporting to – Ops Manager
Working Hours – Mon to Fri (7 till 4)
Working Hours are not fixed and are as per operational requirements that might change at short notice.
Candidate must be willing to work night shift/ weekends/public holidays if needs be
Qualification: 
Matric compulsory with tertiary qualification (Beneficial)
Drivers Licence with own transport
 
Responsibilities but not limited too : Manage laundry operations including staff managementEnsure laundry production is as per client's requirementsLiaise with Client (Linen Supervisor, Hotel Management) on a continuous basis to ensure open line of communicationEnsure all daily administration is up to date by end of shiftEnsure staff comply with health and safety standards at all timesEnsure staff follow standard operating procedures as per set out by our client.Ensure staff are upskilled and trained on a continuous basisEnsure daily checklists are completed and signed offEnsure staff adhere to scheduleSkills Proven Peoples Management Skills
High Level Administration Skills
Strong Leadership, Team Building, Communication, Time Management Skills
