SITE MANAGER - MUST have Engineering Background in a FMCG/Manufacturing Industry - NASREC (Jhb South ), Gauteng SITE MANAGER with ENGINEERING Background in a FMCG/Manufacturing Industry * PROCESS, CHEMICAL OR OPERATIONS discipline * Diploma/Degree with Substantial MANUFACTURING    experience * Strategic Planning Skills * Financial & Business Management Skills * MUST have FMCG/Manufacturing Industry experience * Planning, Monitoring of the Site * Ensure that INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS are maintained * Ensure that Company Policy and Procedures are implemented * Set-up and Monitor the Implementation of the MANAGEMENT    CONTROL SYSTEM * Ensure correct number, type of Quality of personnel are    available on Site and allocation of man-hours * Clean Criminal & Credit record.
