Site Supervisor/Construction Manager

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Construction Manager to join their dynamic team.
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site staff Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Monitor project progress and report any issues to upper management Conduct regular site inspections and perform quality control checks Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports Implement and enforce best practices in construction management Requirements National Diploma in Building/Construction Management or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite Valid driver's license Benefits Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
