We are seeking an experienced Site Planner to join our team, responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining construction schedules and plans to meet contractual requirements and targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain construction schedules and plans to meet contractual requirements and targetsManage interdependencies of project workflow in an organized mannerConduct quality checks on plans and schedules to ensure compliance with best practicesMonitor program workflows and raise early warnings for identified risksSupport project management with Extension of Time claimsAnalyze subcontractor programs, including critical path analysis, risk analysis, and program quality checksEffectively communicate project progress and possible alternative plans to recuperate possible project deviationsEstablish and maintain project reporting, including internal and external stakeholdersEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project controlEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policiesRequirements:Master's degree in Project Management or PMP is a plus or Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.
)Minimum 2 years' experience in EPC project executionMinimum 4 years' project execution experience in medium to large size projectsExperience with planning software (Project, Primavera, etc.
