Duties & Responsibilities Health and Safety Introduction Enforcing rules Internal Departments risk management Fire panels inspection Fence security patrol created and implemented Systems pump house checking Risk control systems Site incident record and investigation Log current and complete Security guards have relevant and up-to-date licensing Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events Review reports on incidents and breaches Skills and Competencies Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures Computer literate Report writing Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage a team Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV) Proven experience as a contract/security manager Driver's license Qualifications Matric Grade A Tertiary Qualification in Security Management is advantageous
