Site Manager
An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is looking for an energetic, sharp, committed, dedicated and disciplined professional to join their team.
The following are the minimum requirements:

N6 Certificate in Engineering or related field.
National Diploma Certificate.
Artisan Trade Certificate.
Supervisor Certificate.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in mining, bulk materials handling, or related industries.
Previous experience with Eskom or Sasol is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in site management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Lead and supervise a team of workers and contractors.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and manage budgets and resource allocation.
