Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are working with an ambitious family run main contractor who have a strong pipeline of work across high quality residential, commercial and student accommodation projects across London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a friendly and fun company who like to focus on working hard while also having a good time. They have a really positive work environment and it has been this type of culture that have secured their great relationships with private and public sector clients who have continually given them repeat business.
This site manager will be responsible for delivering commercial and residential new build projects up to £5million. They will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and responsible for day to day site activity, working closely with the client and ensuring the project is on time and to budget.
The majority of these projects are Design & Build so it is important that this Site Manager has this type of experience as well as having experience of seeing a project from start to finish.
