Job Description Site Manager Location Richmond, Northern Cape Job purposead complaintsMaintain and compliance with service level agreements.Ensure effective communication with customersGrowing site volumes by sourcing new customers SecurityTake immediate action against security breaches or suspected security breaches.Report any theft or related criminal activities to the SAPReport all security breaches to the Regional Manager and follow incident procedure Marketing and promotionsCompile and implement approved marketing strategy to reach litre commitment on forecourtCompile and implement approved marketing strategy for store and hot foods, including instore promotions, new customers, and advertising (daily, weekly, monthly and busy season)Increasing and drive sales to reach targets setImplement national promotions following merchandising and promotion directives Fuel delivery (oversee Forecourt supervisors) Assist the fuel tanker to safely park in the allocated placeCheck the delivery document for correct site and product and volumesDecide which product to offload and unlock the correct tank dipping point for that product only.
(Note: All dipping and filler point should be locked)Dip the tank for water using water finding paste.
Show FDO and then close the dipping point.Print an ATG slip to determine the safe space in the tank.
(95% rule) Confirm and agree with FDO and check that delivery volume will fit.
(Dip if no ATG)Unlock the correct filling point and check that the FDO connects the hose to the correct filling point for the product ordered.
(Connect 1 product at a time)After delivery dip the tank again for water using water finding paste.Check that the POD is correctly completed and sign for delivery.
(Compare volumes on meter slip to POD, but do not dip for volume or print ATG slip after delivery as this will not account for sales during delivery) (Return to Step 3 for next product)Assist the fuel tanker to safely exit the site.
Always check that no people or hazards are in the way of the tanker before it moves.
