Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with flexibility for extended hours based on project requirements) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee flooring installation projects across various locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 3 Site Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of flooring installations.
The role involves managing installation teams (3 to 4 members per team), coordinating with clients, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Oversee and manage 3 Site Managers who supervise installation teams of 3-4 workers per site.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure smooth operations on the ground.
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Address any client concerns or issues promptly.
Project Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all flooring installation activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Quality Control: Monitor the progress of installation work to ensure it adheres to the agreed specifications and industry standards.
Conduct inspections and resolve any issues related to installation quality.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address any on-site issues or conflicts that arise during installations, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, tools, and manpower, to meet project deadlines.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Budget Control: Ensure that installations are completed within the allocated budget, making cost-effective decisions without compromising on quality.
Requirements: Proven experience in site management, specifically within flooring installations or a related construction/installation industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide multiple teams.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction/installation sites.
Flexibility in working hours, as projects may require late hours or extended days on-site.
Desired Qualifications: Relevant qualification in construction management, site supervision, or related fields (advantageous but not essential).
Proficiency in project management software/tools.
