Stakeholder Engagement: - Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and enhance client satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance: - Prioritize adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing workplace risks.
Administrative Oversight: - Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks efficiently to streamline project delivery and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Resource Optimization: - Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the electrical engineering sector.
Dedication to upholding safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and convey information clearly and concisely.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
