Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site General Manager to oversee all daily operations of their plant in Durban. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop processes that increase productivity, enhance performance, and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards. What you'll do: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production to manufacturing. You will develop processes that increase productivity and enhance performance while ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards. Your role will involve establishing plant policies and procedures, reviewing and analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports. You will coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
