As Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient site implementation of the company's HVAC maintenance services contract, from inception to go-live. A core objective of this role is to drive the efficient implementation process of new sites within SLA criteria ensuring smooth transition of the contract, minimising client operations. All duties shall be performed and aligned to ensure compliance to the Company's QMS for the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Site Implementation: Oversee and lead the implementation of HVAC maintenance contracts within the first 30 days, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to client operations.Asset Management: Manage and verify client asset registers, ensuring accurate barcoding and site audits.Administration & Reporting: Coordinate monthly meetings, prepare service reports, and manage defect reports.Workforce Scheduling: Assign and monitor maintenance jobs across various sites, ensuring timely job completion.Minimum Qualification & Experience 3 - 5 years in planned maintenance scheduleMatric or Grade 125 - 10 years experience in HVAC maintenance Services/environmentValid driver's licenseKnowledge & Skills Planning and scheduling software knowledge (i.e. crystal reports, CMMS, SAGE)Sound knowledge of various types of HVAC equipment/systemsTechnical HVAC product and Industry Knowledge (advantageous)Working on various Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to work under pressureCompulsory Criteria Interested applicants must reside in Cape TownMust have a valid driver's license and actively drivingMeet the minimum requirements abovePerson of sober habits and clear criminal recordWhy join SFI Group?
