Site Health & Safety Officer – Construction industry, Western CapeStart Immediately! One would describe you as a reliable, self-managed, punctual, diligent, enthusiastic, organised and positive individual who takes direction well and also has the ability to manage others.Role and Responsibilities:Manage all H&S aspect of all sites.Manage site specific safety reps.Oversee the following: Ensure all inductions are complete.Maintain the perimeter hoarding and look of the site.Daily site safety inspections.Updating safety registers.Holding tool box talk meetings with Labour teams.Produce month safety reports.Produce any fines to sub-contractors not working safely.Inspect all PPE (personal protective equipment).Have a first aid course.Be the first aider on site.Manage incidents and emergency procedures.Qualification and/or Experience:Relevant Degree in Health and Safety studies or related studies (SAMTRAC, NEBOSCH, etc.)Must be a registered Safety Officer with the SACPCMP3-5 years relevant experience gained within the construction arena!Knowledge of the recent H&S legislationDriver's license and own vehicle essentialTo apply for this role, please forward a detailed copy of your CV to Lameez: ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
