Site Foreman - Construction Industry - R540K - R420K

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established company in Gauteng who offers turnkey project management solutions, is currently seeking to employ a dedicated and hardworking Site Foreman who can join their team in Johannesburg and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations on site and supervise subcontractors and labour, to ensure that the projects are completed in a safe manner and on time, within budget and to specification Supervising subcontractor teams on site Acting as a conduit between site and management, whilst ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements Programme Management (Planning) Project Management (Implementation) Cost Management Health & Safety Supervision, Compliance and Quality Assurance Requirements National Diploma in Building/Construction Management or similar Between 5 and 10 years' experience in a similar role Excellent understanding of a Corporate / Construction environment Excellent knowledge Construction methodologies, principles, systems, processes and procedures Excellent knowledge of SABS, NBR, NHBRC and H&S standards and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements Attention to detail Strategic Planning and organisational skills Health and Safety Management Skills Project Management and Quality Management Skills Proficiency in MS Office Benefits Salary: R420K – R540K CTC per annum, negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
