Job Opportunity: Site Engineering Manager Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for engineering and project management? NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager for a key role at an FMCG in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities: Guide a team of engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure project success within scope, budget, and timeframes. Develop processes that enhance efficiency. Manage resource allocation. Foster team growth and drive innovation. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's/BTech degree in engineering (trade-tested artisan is a plus). 6+ years of technical team leadership experience. 8+ years within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in project management. Excellent communication skills. Experience with GGC (factories) and an understanding of regulatory compliance are advantageous.
