Site EngineerOur client, a leader in the construction industry, is currently looking for a Site Engineer to be based in Gauteng.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the technical control aspects on contracts; controls and interprets cost data.Advises on technical interpretation of specification requirements; may represent the company with consulting engineers in matters of variance and claims on sites where there is no quantity surveyor.Reports to Site Agent.Ensures the correct quality requirements are met.Ensures area is run in an efficient manner.Ensures area is run in a safe manner.Ensures that there is no waste in the area.Maintains a logical filing system.Ensures correct paperwork is done.Ensures the quantity surveyor is informed timeously.Ensures that your supervisor is informed.Assists the professional team.Manages problems effectively and comes up with solutions.Communicates effectively with team in your area, Supervisor, and clients.Desired Experience & QualificationBSc Construction Management Degree / Construction Engineering Degree1-2 years' experience from a large construction firm.Driver's LicenseOwn vehicle essentialInterested?Apply / Send CV to: ****** Line: Site Engineer (Construction)
