Job DescriptionRedheads Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to ensure that all machinery is compliant with occupational health and safety legislation. The role involves implementing a planned maintenance program and maintaining statutory machinery records, while providing managerial, engineering, and strategic support across various sites.Qualifications: MinimumProfessional Registration with ECSA.Government Certificate of Competency.BSc Engineering, Certificate of Competency, MDP.Experience5 years as a Senior Facilities Manager in a Health Care / Manufacturing Environment as Engineering Manager.Previous experience in Steam Operating and Stand Boiler.Thorough understanding of LRA and IR Management.Role ObjectivesResponsible for occupational health and safety in all matters pertaining to the use of machinery and assets.Meet statutory engineering requirements and compliance at all times, taking responsibility for the implementation of relevant statutory duties.Ensure legal requirements regarding machinery are complied with, focusing on correct use, maintenance, safeguarding, inspection, and testing.Ensure all incidents relating to machinery are reported and investigated appropriately.Manage key customer relationships.Manage service delivery in terms of SLA effectively.Manage commercial and financial targets effectively.Manage change and continuous improvement effectively.Manage OHS & E compliance effectively.Provide engineering support in KwaZulu – Natal.Desired Experience & QualificationExperience with Site Engineering, Steam Operating, Stand Boiler, and General Machinery Regulation 2.HR Services, Recruitment & Selection.
