Overall Site management for Bulding/civil works. Civil works, building, setting out, earthworks,concrete works, monitoring and supervision of building works (Painting, platering, ironmogery, structures and roofing) contract administration and management of Civil Engineering projects. Carrying out measurements and valuations to produce accurate project schedules, quantities, and valuations at all stages of a project. Providing project information and assistance to enable effective project management. Project reporting and management of meetings Excellent technical writing skills, with good communication and time management skills. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory procedures and technical standards. Ability to work independently, but also to function well in a team environment. Good communication and inter-personal skills required to build and maintain client relations. Ability to integrate and cooperate with other engineering and non-engineering disci Construction contract documentation compilation and procurement processes. Assistance with technical advancement and business development by pursuing technical excellence and maintaining quality assurance on projects. Ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met. BN Diploma / B tech Degree in Civil Engineering (Candidate Registration with the SACPCMP or registration of ECSA) Min of 7 years experience in civil/Building engineering after completing National Diploma. Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in Civil Engineering after completing National Diploma. Knowledge of Project Management. Experience in contract documentation and administration with SAICE, GCC, JBCC, etc. is required. Overall Project management
