Building degree or diploma essential10 to 15 years experience working on Hospital and Multi Story Residential projects essentialThis position reports to a Senior Contracts Manager and is responsible for all site based activitiesDuties:Update programming for multiple large scale, high value building projects. Interpreting the architectural building plans, allocating project timeline, planning of all phases and activities.Project time management and planning for each project in consultation with the various parties involved.Quality control and assurance.Resource planning and allocating resources.Controlling cost and budgets of projectsEstablish and maintain communication with the client and consultants.
