Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Capturing and Reporting of Receipts and Issuing of Drilling Consumables per Customer.
Processing of daily/weekly/monthly count sheets reported from site.
Inventory Management, Consumption Reporting per customer requirement.
Reporting of stock receipts and issuing for warehouse/stock take/reconciliation of stocks in collaboration with Customer Manager and Customer Care.
Documentation flow and control.
General office administration, reception, and housekeeping.
Physical Stock Counts for Verification.
Immediate Reporting of any stock discrepancies to the Customer Manager.
Capturing of Weekly Count Sheets.
Capturing of Full Monthly Count and submitting to Customer Care Representative for invoicing purposes.
Alerting Customer Manager of any stock shortages/surpluses/miscounts.
Assist Site Manager and Customer Manager with Physical Stock Counts.
Use of SIM App where applicable.
Presence on Site as required.
Efficiency and accuracy of receipts and issuing into customer specific report.
Competences, Skills and Experience:
Computer literacy and a good working knowledge of BPCS (Viewing Access) and Microsoft Office Programmes.
Valid South African Driver's License.
Good Epiroc RGD product knowledge.
Ability to understand complete flow of goods ordered through the system.
Good customer relations, good telephone manner and communication skills.
Customer satisfaction, good interpersonal and customer relationships.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Interpersonal skills to work with customers and to work as part of the customer service team.
Work experience in stock management and reconciliation beneficial.
Time Management and Accurate Capturing.
Efficient documentation flow.
Good housekeeping skills.
Educational Qualifications
Grade 12.
